Warriors on the Water Limited was founded by Gina & Jim Neary in late 2018. A registered 501(3)c Warriors on the Water found a growing need to give back to our military veterans, first responders, and police officers.

Jim Neary is a Marine Corp veteran who owns and operates a Bait & Tackle Shop & Boat Rental business on the Octoraro Reservoir since May 2001.

We are strictly Volunteers and all donations made go directly towards our monthly free activities, costs associated with our website, office supplies, advertising etc.

We look to help people through outdoor recreational & fishing therapy by providing an outlet where you can come to experience a stress-free, relaxing, and peaceful time by fishing, kayaking, boating, bird watching, hiking, or campfire chats.

Through Our Mission, Warriors on the Water strives to give back to those who have sacrificed so much for our freedom.

Each moment spent on the water can bring a sense of peace & healing. That is our hope for you.
